Japan vibes in Cebu City during Good Friday where the SRP Viaduct was fully closed to traffic due to CCLEX (Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway) construction works. It can be seen that CCLEX is now paved with asphalt. It will open to the public by the end of the month. ????????
